The main feature of v5.3 version is its connectivity with the patient : health professionals can now send medical and administration forms to patients by secure SMS or by email. About 75% of questions can be answered by patient prior to a consultation, it tends to make consultation more focused and efficient and it gives to patient more time to prepare for a consultation and prepare questions he might have for the doctor.

• Send medical forms to patients via secure SMS or email : send Medicapp forms or your custom forms them to patients to register before consultation or for patient follow-up. You will give your patients ample time to respond and also prepare consultation or questions they might have for you.
• Patient receives SMS or email with a secure link and s/he can reply on any device – no app installation, no credentials to remember
• Receive PDF report with patient answers directly in patient’s medical record
• Consent form included for each form sent to patient directly
• Status of a sent form – sent, distributed, open, answered

1. Save all data first on Health Cloud. If you encounter any problems, contact the Support team and never delete your app without express demand from Support team.
2. Update your Medicapp Pro app in Appstore
3. Log in as usual. If you forgot your password, click on “forgotten password”
4. Let the list of your patients get updated
5. Go to Cloud and save all data
